What this form collects

This form is for parents and guardians age 18 or older. It collects an adult email address, an optional first name, any optional home-related interest you select, and a record of your permission and signup date. Please do not submit a child’s information.

How it is used

Stephanie Foster, Your BFF Agent, uses signups to send the seasonal activities, local events, and helpful home tips you requested, and to respond to any interest you select. The activity answers are free to view without signing up.

Where it is kept

Your signup is stored in the database supporting this website. Access to the signup dashboard is restricted to Stephanie’s authorized account. Stephanie can export signups for managing the requested emails. The website and its hosting providers process technical information needed to operate the service. This form uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit automated submissions; it does not store your raw IP address in its signup database.

Your choices

Use the email preferences link provided after signup to remove your record from this website, or email stephanie@yourbffagent.com to request removal or a correction. If your information has been exported to another email list, use that email’s unsubscribe link or contact Stephanie to remove that copy too.
